dying eggs

as much as i feel i am behind with everything these days, we did manage to dye easter eggs this year. we had a lot of fun. we invited over our favorite neighbor, Nana Cindi with her 4 granddaughters & a friend, Susan Gildersleeve, who we have known for years & her 3 children.
It was a good time had by all. The eggs turned our really pretty & they made great potato salad, went in the cornbread stuffing i made, as well as were chopped up & topped a romaine lettuce salad. the kids also had a good time peeling the eggs, salting them & eating them also.
